Eugen Tarnow  March 6 2012 11:20:42 AM
At Legaltech in New York last month, Joe Steffan, Executive Director - Regulatory, of Morgan Stanley gave a talk on e-discovery.  At the end he noted that e-discovery systems perhaps should include workflow so that the document handling can become more efficient.

My colleague sat in the audience and according to her it seemed as if the term had been rediscovered.  As we all know, Lotus Notes was built to do workflow and has done so for many years.
